Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead with Vision & Culture: Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture by clearly articulating company values, promoting teamwork, and aligning teams with a shared business vision.
- Strategic Leadership: Drive execution of the company's strategic goals by leading monthly scorecards, quarterly business reviews, and participating in broader company strategy development.
- Operational Excellence & P&L Accountability: Assume full responsibility for plant performance including revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and cost control. Own P&L, budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategy.
- KPI-Driven Management: Utilize KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Talent Development: Evaluate leadership capabilities, recruit top talent, and mentor direct reports to ensure robust training and professional growth at all organizational levels.
- Safety & Compliance Champion: Build a safety-first culture aligned with 5S principles, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies to protect employee well-being and business continuity.
- Standardization & Continuous Improvement: Professionalize operations by aligning systems and technology with strategy, while driving innovation and consistent customer value delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Set and manage expectations with customers, ensure satisfaction through frequent communication, and represent the company with professionalism.
- Sales & Marketing Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to meet sales, margin, and order goals while supporting client relationships and expansion opportunities.
- Communication & Accountability: Promote clear, consistent communication across all levels. Set expectations, hold teams accountable, and provide regular feedback to enhance performance and engagement.
Competencies:
- Progressive Leadership Experience: Over 7 years of increasing responsibility in manufacturing leadership roles, with a strong foundation in operational oversight and team development.
- People Leadership & Communication: Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving results through others. Skilled in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to influence, inspire, and build alignment across all levels.
- Fabrication & ETO Expertise: Proven ability to drive performance and deliver results in fabrication and/or engineered-to-order (ETO) product environments, with a focus on quality, customization, and customer satisfaction.
Education:
- This position requires a bachelors, or relevant technical degree in engineering, operations management, purchasing, materials management, business, inventory control, or similar area.
