Experience in AFS Vision product
Experience required in Commercial Lending domain
Experience in User Acceptance Test Strategy, Test Plan, Business Use Case & Test scenario document preparation
Work Experience with Business Ops teams
Experience in JIRA, ALM test Management tools
Experience in Analyzing Business requirements, Requirement Traceability Matrix(RTM) preparation
Co-ordination with onsite teams and offshore teams
Good Communication skills
Project and Defect Management
Experience / exposure in Automation tools
Test Metrics preparation
Test Reporting - Daily, Weekly status reporting
Business Value Articulation
