UI Architect (Frontend/Angular, Material) (Hybrid Pittsburgh, PA)

Description

We are seeking a UI Architect / Angular Architect with deep expertise in modern micro-frontend implementations to drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the modernization of legacy web applications using best-in-class UI frameworks and embedded UI architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and modernize legacy web applications using micro-frontend and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define the target architecture and roadmap aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead cloud-native and micro-frontend transformation efforts, ensuring scalable and efficient implementations.
• Develop and deploy responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular (versions 8-18) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Optimize user experience by translating business needs into effective UI designs.
• Implement RxJS, Redux, NGRX (optional), RESTful APIs, and advanced CSS preprocessors (SCSS, LESS) for scalable styling.
• Work closely with UX teams and ensure seamless front-end integration.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement robust unit testing (Protractor, Jasmine, Karma).
• Apply expertise in SOA, EAI, EIP, and micro-frontend architecture to deliver cutting-edge UI solutions.
• Utilize DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), Git, and Gradle for efficient development workflow
