Description:
FJM Innovative Technologies, LLC is hiring a UI/UX Designer to define and execute user experience strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, design expertise, and research skills to craft compelling, intuitive, and functional user experiences. REQUIRED
Must have ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.

LOCATION
Tysons, VA On-Site Full-TIme Responsibilities:
Collaborate to define a customer experience-led vision and ensure alignment with business goals.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, customer experience touchpoint design, and business analysis.
Lead customer-centric strategy-focused projects, ensuring clear communication and design direction.
Develop personas, user journeys, task flows, and information architectures.
Execute user research and usability testing, translating insights into meaningful design solutions.
Deliver polished UI/UX solutions using Adobe XD, InVision, and other professional design tools.
Support Agile product development cycles, iterating designs based on research and feedback. Required Skills:
5+ years of UI/UX design experience, delivering user-centered solutions.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (XD), InVision, and other design software.
Strong user research and usability testing skills.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for communicating design strategies.
Ability to work in Agile development environments. Desired Skills:
Experience using low-fidelity design tools like paper and slides.
Background in software engineering or familiarity with development practices.
