Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the migration of applications from Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) to OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Configure, deploy, and manage OCP and Kubernetes environments to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, integrating security practices (DevSecOps) throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform differences, migration challenges, and containerization.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on expertise in OCP configuration management and Kubernetes deployments
• Proven track record of leading migration projects from PCF to OCP in complex, enterprise-level environments
• Strong technical proficiency in cloud technologies, containerization, and DevOps, including hands-on experience with OCP, Kubernetes, and cloud-native development
• In-depth knowledge of migration frameworks/tools such as Konveyor, Move2Kube, and OpenRewrite
• Extensive experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Helm charts
