Experience in ensuring seamless dataexchange, optimizing system performance, and maintaining integration bestpractices.
Deep Expertise in UKG Pro APIs, UKGPro Web Services, file-based data exchanges and middleware platforms likeBoomi, UKGs integration hub to facilitate data flow
Experience with the design ofintegrations to UKG Pro WFM /Dimensions with multiple third-party systems.
Define and implement UKG ProIntegration strategy aligned to business objectives
Ensure integrations supportscalability, performance, and security best practices
Work with the SBUX Architects, thirdparty vendors/stakeholders and finalize the best architecture aligning SBUXarchitecture.
Understand how applications supportbusiness processes and apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
Designand deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meetsoverall business requirements.

Good-to-Have:

UKG Pro Integration or UKG Pro WFMcertifications (highly preferred)
Experience with Kronos WFC & WIMinterface and experience with the other integration approaches
Excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Good written & oralcommunication skills & strong team player
Strong communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customerexpectations.

Salary Range - $80,000-$160,000 a year
