Position Overview:
Are you ready to grow your career in a highly respected medical institution? We are seeking a skilled Ultrasonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound and vascular exams with precision and compassion. Qualifications:
- Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) (RDCS or RVT required).
- Proficiency in all diagnostic ultrasound procedures, including invasive exams such as ultrasound-guided biopsies.
- Experience with stress echo and TEE preferred; pediatric experience is a plus.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Day shift (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) with on-call duties every 4th week (evenings & weekends).
- FTE options: .75 or 1.0 with full benefits.
- Hourly Rate: Starting at $33.88/hr (new grads); $35.50/hr - $47.75/hr based on experience.
- Sign-on & Relocation Assistance Available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic ultrasound and vascular exams efficiently and compassionately.
- Evaluate exams for diagnostic accuracy and quality, ensuring optimal patient care.
- Assist in weekend responsibilities, including stress echos ordered by cardiologists (due today or stat orders).
Work Environment:
- Reports to the Manager of Heart and Vascular Diagnostics, a respected leader in the field.
- Join a team of 20+ experienced Sonographers in a collaborative and professional setting.
