- Min 6+ yrs hands on experience in Unica.
- Must have hands on experience in Unica Campaign, Interact support activities such as Migration to cloud and upgrade.
- Must have experience in SQL/Oracle.
- Must have hands on experience in Unix.
- Experience using DevOps, version controlling tools and repositories (Maven, Jenkins, Git, svn, Attunity, Bit bucket, Bamboo etc.)
- Must have hands on experience in CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Experience in clean codin, unit testing, integrating testing, security testing and code reviews
Roles & Responsibilities
- Experience in Unica Migration from on-Prem to Cloud (AWS), unica upgrades
- Unica backend support/admin knowledge, troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign
- Should be able to triage database performance issues with SQL being sent to the database from the campaign processing
- Troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Campaign Applications. Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities.
- Should have Good hands-on in SQL implementation in Oracle on large volumes of data
- Monitor Production environments and work with various teams to resolve Mission Critical issues
- Experience in using Unix/Linux utilities for analyzing logs, and trouble-shooting the applications with Application servers
- Good knowledge with UNIX and scripting
- Adhere to testing, security, incident and change management procedures
- Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required.
- Ensuring all incidents and issues for key systems are added to knowledge base
- Ability to work in diverse and multicultural teams and develop a detailed understanding of application operations.
- Liaising with support groups and other departments on planned maintenance activities, technical issues and major incidents.
- Responsible for working with 1st /2nd level support teams and 3rd parties to resolve operational issues.
- Solid analytical & troubleshooting capabilities
- Passionate to contribute to customer satisfaction combined with an attitude to continuously improve the service delivery quality
- Good presentation and documentation Skills.
