Technical/Functional Skills

Technical knowledge at senior level needed:
  • Unica Campaign, Interact support activities such as Migration to cloud and upgrades
  • SQL/Oracle
  • Unix Know-How
  • AWS Knowledge is plus.

  • Min 6+ yrs hands on experience in Unica.
  • Must have hands on experience in Unica Campaign, Interact support activities such as Migration to cloud and upgrade.
  • Must have experience in SQL/Oracle.
  • Must have hands on experience in Unix.
  • Experience using DevOps, version controlling tools and repositories (Maven, Jenkins, Git, svn, Attunity, Bit bucket, Bamboo etc.)
  • Must have hands on experience in CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience in clean codin, unit testing, integrating testing, security testing and code reviews

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Experience in Unica Migration from on-Prem to Cloud (AWS), unica upgrades
  • Unica backend support/admin knowledge, troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Unica Campaign
  • Should be able to triage database performance issues with SQL being sent to the database from the campaign processing
  • Troubleshooting the issues/errors in the Campaign Applications. Monitoring system health, provide input for the application server, and DB server cleanup activities.
  • Should have Good hands-on in SQL implementation in Oracle on large volumes of data
  • Monitor Production environments and work with various teams to resolve Mission Critical issues
  • Experience in using Unix/Linux utilities for analyzing logs, and trouble-shooting the applications with Application servers
  • Good knowledge with UNIX and scripting
  • Adhere to testing, security, incident and change management procedures
  • Attend team meeting and Operations communication sessions as required.
  • Ensuring all incidents and issues for key systems are added to knowledge base
  • Ability to work in diverse and multicultural teams and develop a detailed understanding of application operations.
  • Liaising with support groups and other departments on planned maintenance activities, technical issues and major incidents.
  • Responsible for working with 1st /2nd level support teams and 3rd parties to resolve operational issues.
  • Solid analytical & troubleshooting capabilities
  • Passionate to contribute to customer satisfaction combined with an attitude to continuously improve the service delivery quality
  • Good presentation and documentation Skills.
