TeamHealth is seeking a full-time pediatrician to join our reputable urgent care team at long-standing After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care in Lake Worth, Florida. To be considered, you must offer a minimum of 2 years of pediatric practice experience as a physician in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting. The ideal candidate will offer practice experience in an urgent care or fast-track setting and is comfortable caring for newborns to 22 years of age.
This pediatrician should be interested in working with our reputable practices in the Lake Worth and Oakland Park, Florida, areas. You should offer practice experience in an urgent care or fast-track setting and is comfortable caring for newborns and patients up to 22 years of age. Board certification in pediatrics or pediatrics emergency medicine is a requirement to be considered. We ask that you be proficient in reading and interpreting x-rays, splinting, suturing, minor trauma assessment and management, wound care/closures, and incision/drainage of abscesses to apply.

Founded in 1997, After Hours Pediatrics provides immediate medical attention to children, from newborns to 21 years of age, at times when their primary care doctor's office is closed. The facility provides care for illnesses and injuries in addition to digital x-ray and laboratory services. After Hours Pediatrics ensures continuity of care by providing same-day reports to patients' primary physicians. After Hours Pediatrics has eight pediatric urgent care locations in Tampa Bay, Naples and South Florida, all of which create a warm and welcoming environment for its patients.
