LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Physician - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
L - Light Work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly; requires occasional walking, standing or squatting.
For disease specific care programs refer to the program specific requirements of the department for further specifications on experience and educational expectations, including continuing education requirements.

- Flexible scheduling with 8- or 12-hour shifts available

- State-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment tools, including on-site imaging and lab services
- Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support at every site to ensure collaborative care delivery

Qualifications
- MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- NYS medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience preferred, but not required
