Key Responsibilities:
- Provide urgent care services to patients, ensuring high standards of care and compassionate treatment.
- Build relationships with clients and promote the human-animal bond.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and leadership to maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Contribute to the development and mentoring of staff through participation in the internal LevelUp training program.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including urgent cases and minor surgeries, during clinic hours.
Qualifications & Skills:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited institution (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
- Active veterinary license in Minnesota, or the ability to obtain one.
