About This Role
The Director of Consumer & Omnichannel Marketing will be a high-visibility role within the US Alzheimer's franchise, responsible for leading and influencing the direction of Consumer/Patient Strategies to find and activate patients, drive educational efforts and messages for patients and care partners, and maximize appropriate patient adherence. This position will closely collaborate with our Alzheimer's alliance partner, to lead key marketing initiatives to drive patient engagement opportunities. Specific initiatives may include Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Direct to Patient (DTP) programs (including television), social media campaigns, paid social, and digital solutions. These responsibilities will be carried out in collaboration with multiple functional groups across the organization, including but not limited to Sales, Regulatory, Market Access, Market Research, Commercial Operations, Legal, Patient Advocacy, and Medical Affairs.

The base salary range for this position is $195,000 to $269,000. Base salary offered is determined though an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity. Regular employees are eligible to receive both short term and long-term incentives, including cash bonus and equity incentive opportunities, designed to reward recent achievements and recognize your future potential based on individual, business unit and company performance.

What You'll Do
- Strategic and Brand Planning: Establish vision and direction for consumer strategic plans to find, activate, and engage patients and care partners, collaborating closely with alliance partners. Play a critical role in articulating and shaping a clear US brand strategy, identifying key intervention points and rallying the organization to deliver against that plan.
- Messaging and Tactic Development and Execution: Translate deep consumer/patient insights into actionable strategies and messages to find, activate, educate, and support early AD patients and care partners. Manage complex and innovative projects and tactics in close collaboration with Eisai and other key functional partners.
- Consumer Marketing and Omnichannel SME: Support and enable the team by providing consumer and omnichannel expertise and partnering with peers and other business leaders to develop and implement solutions to challenging business issues.
- Partnership and Influence: Cultivate strong relationships with alliance partner, cross-functional partners, and all agencies to prioritize mission-critical marketing strategies and ensure expected deliverables are met. Foster a collaborative working relationship with each respective party to jointly develop strategy and execute as one team.

- Demonstrated success in deep commercial marketing and launch expertise
- A proven ability to prioritize and manage complex and innovative projects and establish vision and direction within a fast moving, challenging and energetic commercial environment
- A highly collaborative and perceptive problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to synthesize strategic insights and drive innovation
- A strong ability to effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as external business partners
- Excellent communication skills that lead to proactive, clear internal and cross-collaboration communication
- You love to innovate across all areas including strategies, programs, and tactics that leverage advancements in technology, media and communications
Qualifications
- Seasoned commercial professional, with 10 years of deep commercial/marketing expertise within industry
- Strong digital experience and expertise
- Expertise in making key business choices and leading implementation across the matrix, with proven record of cross-functional management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects and priorities to meet deadlines
- Ability to think innovatively in terms of engaging with customers and meeting their needs.
Preferred Skills
- Alliance experience
- CNS experience a plus
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred
