Position Summary:
JP Morgan's US Inflation trading team is part of one of the top Interest Rates Trading businesses on Wall Street.
As a Vice President with the US Inflation Trading team, you will work with top professionals to advise and facilitate transactions with a variety of institutional clients comprising of banks, fund managers, pension funds, insurance companies and hedge funds. You are expected to engage institutional accounts, make markets in your team's particular range of products and optimize internal technological systems.

Position Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage risk, liquidity and exposure of the US Inflation trading desk, which includes TIPS, CPI swaps, SOFR, and USTs
- Engaging directly with Clients on pricing, color, market themes, and general relationship building
- Engaging with sales to manage inquiry, client expectations, market discussions, and pricing.
- Analytical requirements include analysis on valuations across the various inflation products on a daily basis, in order to develop views and influence pricing
- Bring a collaborative approach to the trading desk for pricing and risk management and with our business partners in sales to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform
Required Qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 2+ years years of US Inflation trading experience required
- Ability to understand derivatives as well as TIPS in detail
- Willingness to work on projects outside of trading hours in order to improve tools for the desk
- Superior time management and multi-tasking skills to juggle live transactions, generate trade ideas and analyze market movements
- Ability to handle stress and be resilient, knowing this is a team environment and requires a lot of us to succeed
- Maturity and the ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced and open environment
