The Solution Lead is responsible for managing a single high-impact solution within Slalom's prioritized Customer outcomes. Focuses on the full lifecycle of the solution, from development and GTM strategy to successful delivery and Customer satisfaction. As the expert for this solution, the Solution Lead ensures its alignment with Customer needs, drives continuous improvement, and monitors market relevance to support Slalom's growth objectives and maximize ROI.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range is $161,000-$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

- Leads the creation, refinement, and scaling of solution frameworks to consistently deliver Customer value.
- Focuses on continuous improvement to enhance the solution's impact, relevance, and scalability.
Go to Market Strategy for Solution
- Develop GTM strategies to position the solution effectively, collaborating with marketing and sales for high-impact execution.
- Champion the solution in external engagements, reinforcing its unique value proposition and supporting Slalom's brand awareness.
Sales Enablement & Business Development
- Partners with sales teams to drive solution adoption, focusing on high-value opportunities and strategic accounts.
- Leverages solution expertise to serve as a subject matter expert to support deal crafting, ensuring the solution's competitive positioning and alignment with Customer needs.

Talent Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Identifies, manages and/or sponsors learning initiatives to build solution-specific expertise within Slalom's broader team.

- Curates and grows maturity of solution knowledge center.
Financial & Performance Metrics
- Tracks the solution's financial and operational performance health, monitoring metrics to refine and optimize impact.
What You'll Bring
- Proven Delivery - Consistently demonstrated successful high-quality project delivery/leadership including large and complex engagements
- Business Acumen - Strong financial acumen with experience managing solution P&Ls, sales pipelines and performance metrics.
- Sales Leadership- Demonstrated ability to drive growth through high-impact solution offerings and cross-functional team leadership. Requires expertise and credibility to influence across our global footprint. Has experience supporting sales efforts including driving complex proposal creation, SOW creation, CSA/NDA navigation
- Grow Expertise- Credible expert with inspirational stage speaking and media ready representative. Ability to craft compelling written thought leadership.
- Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and experience managing indirect reporting relationships
