USA Job Family Description: Maintains and monitors data and databases to meet the company's current and projected future needs. Reviews and ensures the quality, accuracy and security of data in accordance with established procedures and standards. Monitors database activity and the relationships between the database users and applications to ensure appropriate data usage and resolve data conflicts. Collaborates with technology/infrastructure staff to identify data relationships and functional requirements.

USA Job Function Description: Designs and monitors control systems which ensure the integrity and security of data and for advising on the optimal use of the organization's computing resources. Assesses the completeness, accuracy, validity and efficiency of information processing, business and application systems, reviews the operations, systems software, systems development and security of the organization's computing environment, and recommends appropriate software and hardware acquisitions.

Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Designs and develops statistical models, applies and interprets validation results to ensure delivery of effective solutions.
Delivers high quality modeling solutions that following company-wide processes and allow for systematic improvements.
Supports the management and building of internal and external relationships by serving as a reliable resource in statistical modeling, data and systems, handling requests and ensuring client satisfaction.
Establishes and takes accountability towards meeting deadlines and milestones.
Presents quantitative results clearly and concisely and display a capability to discuss statistical and quantitative concepts coherently
Ensures compliance by maintaining knowledge of changes in the regulatory environment.
Develops efficient ways to conduct ad-hoc model run processes used to conduct model related research.
Conducts independent quantitative analytics.
Execution of quantitative models and tools to support analytic research.
Leads efforts in development of analytic tools/processes.
Develops and prototypes portfolio, models, forecasts reports to support forecast analytics operations.
Creates, reviews and updates model documentation (development process, methodology, user guide, etc.).
Ensures that risks inherent in model development and usage are properly identified and managed.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Data Science, Data Analysis, Operational Research, Decision Management or equivalent quantitative field. Req
Master's Degree Data Science, Data Analysis, Operational Research, Decision Management or equivalent quantitative field. Pref

Work Experience:
3+ Years Data mining/advanced analytics applied to large-scale data-intensive projects. Req

Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrated experience with advanced statistical packages and software.
Demonstrated experience building and applying machine learning/predictive modeling in real-world use cases.
Strong modeling and data manipulation skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong programming capability; ability to solve problems through programming and simulation.
Strong understanding of statistical tools and their application to business, as well as principles of cost/benefit analysis, risk management, marketing, collections and operations.
Proficient with the use of advanced statistical analysis software and applications (SAS, R, Python, SQL programming, etc.)
Ability to read, interpret and explain complex statistical theories and practices to a wide audience of varying technical capability.
Ability to multitask and properly prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to prioritize according to the strategic direction of the organization.
Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on the completion of high-profile projects and initiatives.
Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$84,375.00 USD

Maximum:

$140,000.00 USD
