Position Summary:

What You'll Do:

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of relevant industry experience in building highly available systems.
  • AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience designing and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions integrated with LLM in production environments.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Languages: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with other languages such as Java or Scala.
    • AI/ML Frameworks: Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
    • LLM Techniques: Experience with techniques such as prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning.
  • Cloud Expertise:
    • Platforms: Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and deployments, particularly with Azure offerings.
    • Services: Experience with cloud storage, cloud security, and cloud migration.
  • MLOps Tools:
    • Containerization and Orchestration: Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
    • Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform and AWS CDK.
    • CI/CD Workflows: Familiarity with MLflow for deployment, monitoring, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
  • Frontend Technologies: Familiarity with front-end technologies like ReactJS.
  • Data Engineering: Knowledge of big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and data pipelines.
  • APIs and Microservices: Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • DevOps: Understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Additional Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification: Relevant certifications in AI/ML, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), or MLOps.
  • Contributions: Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in tech communities.
  • Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role, guiding junior engineers and fostering a collaborative team environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
