A Day in the Life:
- Design user-centric experiences that align with clients' business objectives and strategic goals, under the guidance of senior UX team members.
- Perform UX tasks for assigned projects, focusing on end-user needs and journeys.
- Communicate the value of UX methodologies to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Art, and Project Management.
- Develop relationships with team members and partners, ensuring aligned branding, campaign, and layout with user needs.
- Collaborate with Product Design partners to ensure UX architecture and functionality meet user needs, under the guidance of senior UX team members.
- Complete administrative tasks, including timesheets and expenses, and proactively communicate concerns and ideas to supervisors and team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, with 4+ years of experience designing applications, interactive touchscreen experiences, and websites.
- UX professional certification, with proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of UX processes, principles, trends, and architecture deliverables.
- Excellent understanding of UX best practices, with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, and create deliverables aligned with project briefs.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, present wireframes to internal teams and clients, and provide user direction on UX strategy and functional requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a logical and creative mind, and the ability to identify and resolve UX deliverable issues.
- A detail-oriented and curious approach, with excellent time management and organization skills, and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
