Required Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
15 years of acute care clinical experience for ADN or Diploma Graduates
At least one year of supervisory experience managing employees as evidenced by
conducting performance appraisals, participating in staff selection, training, and
scheduling
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN or Baccalaureate degree in health-related field with 5 years of acute care
experience
Knowledge of Case Management as demonstrated by 1-3 years Case Management,
Utilization Management or Quality Management practice
National certification
Knowledge of licensing, accrediting, and third-party payer requirements strongly
preferred
Experience with diagnosis and procedure coding
