Required Skills : * At least 3 years of hands on digital (web/mobile) UX experience preferably with UX education/courses so they really understand the foundation of design thinking * Experience working on rapid prototyping (can speak to how they received iterative feedback from users) * Portfolio shows prob/solution * Has worked as sole designer or design team of 2 on a project (but has worked on a UX team so they understand how to work on a scrum team) * Go getter, self-Starter attitude * Must have customer facing web or mobile experience (not mostly UX for software or B2B)CLOSED
