This position is needed to lead the design of our application experiences for both our customers and internal u . This is a unique opportunity to re-envision the future of the post-sales customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a vocal and committed advocate for our customers and u , taking a holistic, human-centered approach to create a world-class user experience and is a supporter of our inclusive Design System. In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to discover, define, and design lovable products that delight our customers, and help our internal Services Teams work more efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience
Must Haves:
Must come from tech company background
Must have 8+ years of experience
Figma and Jira expert
Must have portfolio they can share when being submitted
Web and mobile experience
Experience doing the user research and product design
Must be currently working or coming from most recent role with all this experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Plusses:
AI and ML experience is HUGE plus, these candidates will be prioritized
Experience building out chatbots
Come from big tech but not too large of a team - want someone who was lead/mainly responsible for UX/product design in recent role
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
