Weare looking for an experienced UX/UI Design Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive the design strategy for our digital products. The idealcandidate will be proficient in Figma and skilled in wireframing, prototyping,and user experience research. This role requires a deepunderstanding of user-centered design principles, the ability to createintuitive and engaging interfaces, and strong leadership in guiding designteams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Optimize user interfaces for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices.


Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.
  • Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience conducting user research, A/B testing, and behavioral analysis.
  • Ability to design for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.
