Currently, Alliant Health Solutions, a "2023 Best Place to Work and Healthiest Employer", seeks a Vaccination Strategy and Implementation Lead. In accordance with customer contractual requirements, the Vaccination Strategy and Implementation Specialist will advance quality improvement initiatives for designated territory and assure key performance measures are achieved or surpassed using Alliant's model for implementation of evidence-based practices and techniques.

In this role, the ideal candidate will:
  • Lead, guide and provide customer account management for the use of the quality improvement methodology, implementation science, healthcare facilitation, intervention effectiveness, behavioral science, and other Alliant-adopted strategies to understand, measure, and predict contract performance through timely and effective measures.
  • Identify and drive quality improvement and contract compliance in conjunction with QIN - QIO leadership to increase COVID vaccinations.
  • Facilitate and support the business review process and other Program Management Office (PMO) directives to ensure standardization within the department.
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Incorporate PMO frameworks, including the establishment of maintenance of project governance, standardized processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to ensure consistent project execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Work with management team to develop and implement action plans to reduce risks and ensure follow through with corrective actions as related to the COVID vaccination.
  • Identify, facilitate, and provide training related to quality management and vaccinations.
  • Utilize quality improvement tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to streamline processes, reduce waste, and enhance the overall quality of healthcare services., including assess barriers to assist and facilitate effective healthcare delivery
  • Utilize Salesforce and Power BI with the development of COVID vaccination provider profiles
  • Operationalize healthcare facilitation models to optimize healthcare outcomes.

  • Knowledge, skill and ability to use and understand Microsoft Office Suite; and Salesforce and Power BI or similar applications and tools
  • Ability to travel by car or plane to Company locations, customer meetings or other locations as needed


Education, experience and training required and preferred for the position are below:

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 or more years of related healthcare, vaccination program, government and/or nonprofit experience
  • At least 2 years' experience leading or managing a team

Preferred:
  • Certification in health quality or Six Sigma Green Belt
