General Summary

Provides a wide range of preventive and acute health care services to individuals of all ages. The Physician performs acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures.

What you can expect at your practice:
  • Vascular surgery provider team consist of 5 surgeons and 5 advanced practice providers
  • Provide specialized care for vascular patients, orchestrating treatment plans, and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Newly established vascular lab equipped with new ultrasound machine
  • The practice is affiliated with York Hospital, a 579-bed teaching hospital and Level I trauma center with eight residency programs including Internal Medicine and Family Practice
  • Balance work and home life with a reasonable shared call schedule
  • We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options for flexible scheduling

Qualifications

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
  • Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required

Licenses:
  • Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
  • Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required

Courses and Training:
  • Boarded in appropriate specialty. Upon Hire Required and
  • Completion of a residency. Upon Hire Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Teaching skills.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Good phone skills.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Organized, sets priorities, and able to multi-task.
