Position Overview:
The Vascular Ultrasound Technician is responsible for performing non-invasive diagnostic ultrasound exams to assess the vascular system, including arteries and veins. Using advanced ultrasound equipment, the technician captures images to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing conditions such as blood clots, blockages, and aneurysms. The role requires expertise in ultrasound technology, knowledge of vascular anatomy, and strong communication skills to collaborate with patients and medical staff. This position ensures the accurate capture of diagnostic images, documentation of results, and patient safety throughout procedures.

- -Work Schedule: M-F 80hr/wk
Education Qualifications:
- Required: Graduate of an accredited Sonographer program
Certification Qualifications:
- Required: Certified as a registered Vascular technologist (RVT) through the ARDMS or certified as a registered Vascular specialist (RVS) through CCI
- Required: Current Basic Life Support (AHA or American Red Cross BLS) certification
Experience Qualifications:
- One to two years of experience in Sonography with vascular registry preferred

Pay Range:
- The pay range for this position is $32.38 - 48.58 per hour.
