- Provide expert support for Veeva Vault Quality Management System (QMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and configure Veeva Vault QMS applications.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
- Good knowledge on ITIL & ITSM processes.
- Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
- Support the integration of Veeva Vault QMS with other enterprise systems.
- Mandatory Skills -We are looking for candidate over 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault QMS, demonstrating a strong understanding of quality management processes and a proven track record in support roles, handling technical issues and user queries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling effective work both independently and as part of a team.
- dditionally, knowledge of regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry is a plus.
