The Role:

We are looking for an Vendor Success Enablement Managerto innovate, win, and grow on the Paymode Vendor Success team, which is a collaborative, exciting, fast-paced group. As a Vendor Success Enablement Manager you will leverage your business, analytical, and project management skills to build efficient, effective, and scalable processes, programs, and analytics to drive the success of our Vendor Success Associates, Managers/Sr. Managers, and leadership team.

How you'll contribute:
  • Support the design of programs, processes, and enablement materials to increase Vendor Success effectiveness in executing operational activities that ultimately protect revenue, drive vendor health and program growth
  • Liaise with Product, Operations, Vendor Sales and other internal groups to document processes and workflows that resolve processes, resource, and functional bottlenecks within Paymode
  • Help manage internal-facing deliverables such as training materials, standard operating procedures and how-to documents
  • Manage key KPI reporting for operational management connecting our operating plan to our revenue plan across all teams and initiatives across the PMX pipeline
  • Playbook enhancement and development for Vendor Success teams
  • Executive Leadership Team reporting on key Operational Analytics on Vendor Success performance and progress

If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you!
  • Program/project management, strategy & operations, or other operational role
  • Experience documenting and defining new processes, procedures, and tools
  • Very strong communication and customer success or service skills a plus
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn insight into action with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving
  • Strong experience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous, evolving environment, taking high-level requests and translating them into actionable tasks
  • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
  • Experience utilizing BI tools to perform business performance analysis
  • Highly organized with an ability to work across different tasks and activities
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, taking on a variety of tasks and activities
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, with a business or technical focus.
