THE ROLE
As the Vice President of Analytics & Insights on Zeta Global's Programmatic Analytics & Strategy team, you will shape the vision, development, and execution of data-driven strategies for one of our largest HoCo Agency relationships. Leading a team of analysts in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering, you will ensure campaign optimization, brand insights, and marketing strategies consistently exceed performance goals. By advancing our analytic framework and collaborating across departments, you will help enhance the reliability, reach, and effectiveness of Zeta's programmatic offerings. Ideally, you will be located in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and will work hybrid.

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $175,000, depending on location and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Leadership: Set the overall direction for the Programmatic Analytics and Strategy team, aligning analytics initiatives with business objectives and growth opportunities.
- Client Insight & Optimization: Guide the delivery of actionable insights to external customers, including monitoring our optimization platform, designing Real-time Brand Optimization surveys, and introducing tailored audience segments for enhanced campaign performance.
- Data-Driven Collaboration: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create compelling client presentations, rework campaign reporting, and steer marketing strategy discussions based on robust analytical findings.
- Product & Engineering Feedback: Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering on automation and model features to continually improve our platform's reliability, reach, and impact.
- Team Development: Mentor, manage, and grow a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee the planning and execution of brand and acquisition campaigns, ensuring rigorous optimization, testing strategies, and measurable results.
- Thought Leadership: Champion data-driven marketing within the organization, staying on top of industry best practices and emerging trends to refine and expand our offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, insights, data analytics, or strategy (agency or brand-side), with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- A track record of guiding strategic client conversations and uncovering new avenues for data-driven growth.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies, brand strategy, and marketing models to inform high-stakes decision-making.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams-including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering-to align business objectives and drive innovation.
- Exceptional storytelling skills-able to transform data into actionable insights and persuasive recommendations.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising technology, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (social, creator, paid media, SEO, SEM, email) and analytics platforms (Sprinklr, Tubular,Captiv8, etc.).
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, statistics, or a related field.
