We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager I - Conventional Trust to join our Corporate Trust Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage a staff who process Lost Security, Lost Holder/Account Maintenance and Written Correspondence transactional support functions for bondholders/clients
  • Knowledge of SEC Regulations and management of daily report is critical
  • Acts as the team's initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation
  • Manages the daily transactional workflow within the team(s) and aligns team resources accordingly to complete daily tasks
  • Prepares performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback to staff
  • Knowledge of Transtar, workflow system, and collecting data for monthly metrics/KPD's is helpful
  • Contributes to the achievement of team objectives

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 4-5 years of total work experience is preferred with at least 0-1 years in management
  • Fundamental understanding of Lost Securities, SEC Regulation X-17 Rule 240, Lost Holder, Account Maintenance and Check Replacement
  • Understanding of daily reports and the essential steps to process lost security correspondence including SEC turnaround time
  • Understand legal documents/requirements sufficient to process request associated with transactions within the scope of this department
  • Knowledge of monthly reporting/metrics - KPD's, Bankwide and audit
