The Equity Plan Manager is a key member of the Partnership Team responsible for managing and overseeing the company's public equity compensation programs; ensuring they are effectively administered and compliant with regulations. The role will involve collaboration with HR, finance, payroll, external/internal audit, and our third-party administrator to ensure the plans are effectively communicated, administered, and reported.

The role will involve collaboration with HR, finance, payroll, external/internal audit, and our third-party administrator to ensure the plans are effectively communicated, administered, and reported.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of equity restricted stock unit programs
- Maintain accurate records of equity grants, vesting schedules, adjustments, and releases
- Work with external vendors to ensure efficient administration and accurate reporting
- Project manage large events - new grants, dividends, releases
- Work directly with participants on inquiries and escalations
Audit & Risk Management:
- Perform regular audits to ensure proper plan administration and compliance
- Identify and mitigate any risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of employee equity systems (preferably Shareworks)
- CEP Level 1 (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- 3-5 years' experience in equity compensation or operations
- A friendly professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn and adapt to change
