The Vice President, Information Technology will provide strategic leadership for all the technology and process design in support of existing enterprise and new business initiatives - all under the guise of enabling innovation. The Vice President, Information Technology will translate the strategic challenges identified by the leadership team into demands for idea generation and solution in terms of business value created. To ensure the smooth day to day delivery of technical operations, drive organizational efficiencies and productivity through technical innovations as well as to deliver on the implementation of technology based business solutions that support the Tridel Group of Companies to achieve its vision and strategy.

- Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and champion a forward-thinking technology vision and strategy that directly enables the achievement of overarching company growth objectives.
- Orchestrate IT Program Execution: Provide executive oversight and direction for the planning, development, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimal resource allocation.
- Establish and Optimize IT Infrastructure:Architect and maintain a robust, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure that effectively supports all business operations and facilitates innovation.
- Cultivate a High-Performance IT Organization: Lead and empower a customer-centric IT team through strategic recruitment, talent development, and the establishment of clear accountability and performance standards.
- Govern Enterprise Security and Risk Mitigation: Direct the development and enforcement of comprehensive security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks to safeguard company assets and minimize technological risks.
- Drive Technology Innovation and ROI:Evaluate emerging technologies and strategically recommend solutions that deliver measurable business value, including revenue growth, cost optimization, and enhanced competitive positioning.
- Foster Strategic Business Partnerships:Collaborate proactively with cross-functional leaders and key stakeholders to ensure IT initiatives are strategically aligned with business priorities and deliver exceptional service.
- Oversee Technology Investments and Vendor Relationships:Provide executive approval and management of significant technology investments and cultivate strategic partnerships with external vendors to optimize service delivery and value.
The Architect of Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in technology leadership and process design; real estate or property management industry experience is an asset.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology projects and teams.
- Experience in strategic planning, translating business challenges into technology solutions, and aligning IT with overall business goals.
- Demonstrated expertise in information security, risk management, and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Project management expertise.
- Proficiency in technology infrastructure optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
