We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our team in Bellevue, WA. This position requires a hybrid in-office training period, with remote work increasing as training is completed.
This individual will play a critical role in leading deal execution and managing client relationships within our sell-side advisory practice. The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the transaction process, from initial client engagement through closing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of sell-side advisory transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic advisory engagements.
- Oversee the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and valuation analyses.
- Manage the due diligence process, coordinate with buyers, and lead negotiations on key transaction terms.
- Ensure seamless communication and coordination between internal teams, clients, and external parties, such as legal, accounting, and other advisors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for additional advisory services and repeat business.
- Support managing directors in originating new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base.
- Review and assess in-depth financial analyses, including financial modeling, valuation (DCF, precedent transactions, trading comparables), and sensitivity analyses to support transaction decisions.
- Review the evaluation and interpretation of financial statements, market data, and other relevant information and development of comprehensive financial projections and investment theses.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on project work, financial modeling, and client interactions.
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance culture, encouraging team development and continuous learning.
- Stay informed of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide clients with informed, data-driven insights.
- Perform sector-specific research to support transaction positioning and strategic recommendations.
- Support business development initiatives, including pitch preparation, target identification, and market outreach.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for potential clients.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of investment banking experience, with a focus on sell-side M&A advisory and a proven track record of successfully managing and closing M&A transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Deal Cloud/Pitchbook, and research databases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
