Position Overview:
As our Vice President of Marketing, you will serve as the top marketing executive and lead the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing functions. You'll oversee a multi-disciplinary global team and work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the executive leadership team to drive growth, differentiation, and customer engagement. This is a high-impact, executive role responsible for driving both strategic vision and measurable business outcomes.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$261,300.00-321,399.00 USD
The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the global marketing strategy, aligning closely with corporate objectives and sales priorities
- Lead and scale a high-performing, cross-functional marketing organization-including brand, digital, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation, events, and communications
- Refine and evolve the company's brand identity and positioning to reinforce market leadership and differentiation
- Build and oversee multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth
- Partner with Product and Sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies for new and existing solutions
- Spearhead executive-level communications, thought leadership, and analyst relations to strengthen brand authority
- Leverage data, insights, and market intelligence to optimize marketing performance and report on ROI
- Manage and scale the global marketing budget, allocating resources to maximize business impact
- Act as a strategic advisor to the go-to-market executive team and represent marketing at the highest levels of company leadership
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading marketing in a high-growth B2B cybersecurity or enterprise tech company
- Experience managing global marketing teams and scaling marketing operations across regions
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, demand generation, product marketing, and digital engagement
- Demonstrated success in building integrated go-to-market strategies with measurable outcomes
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and strategic mindset
- Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
- Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success functions in complex environment
- GovTech industry experience (strongly preferred)
- Cybersecurity industry experience (strongly preferred)
