Description:
The VP of Clinical Services will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all Lasting Change Inc. (LCI) organizations to ensure the delivery of quality care, compliance, and operational excellence . Full support and conformance with LCI Tenets of Culture is necessary for success in this role.
Requirements
Major Responsibilities / Activities
Direct behavioral health clinical services for all LCI organizations, including staffing, training, tuition, and intern programs.
Define quality assurance measures for all programs.
Manage clinical leadership staff and evaluate employee performance.
Coordinate clinical activities with division, clinical, and functional leaders.
Work with division and clinical leaders to market services for growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with DCS, JCAHO, or other relevant service standards.
Define training initiatives, including continuing education requirements for all clinical staff, and coordinate the delivery of training programs with HR and Learning and Development.
Ensure clinical staff secures and maintains the appropriate licensure.
Organize and lead routine staff meetings with clinical leadership.
Define, analyze, and evaluate team goals, clinical competencies, and quality assurance for trends and continual improvement.
Support quality clinical training and development utilizing evidence-based practices and growing comprehensive services.
Research program needs within Indiana and beyond to determine new program needs, including, but not limited to, SUD programming, domestic violence programming, assessment needs, and new EBPs to meet the needs of those we serve.
Work with the LCI team to create a Career Path for our clinical staff across our family of organizations.

Required Education and Experience
Fully licensed therapist in Indiana with clearly demonstrated leadership experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
Nurse Practitioner-Psychiatry, experience leading 50+ therapists across various care-giving legal entities.
