In this role you will be focused on delivering an exceptional fan experience inside the most sophisticated arena in the NBA by orchestrating our systems, people, and processes. It's not just about technical fluency-it's about ensuring creative ideas flow into execution with structure, clarity, and alignment across teams and partners. As the VP of Integrated Production, you will manage and oversee several departments including Broadcast, Game Presentation, Content and game night entertainment staff. This role is accountable for the LA Clippers game day experience delivering the ultimate fan experience, as the technical planning and successful execution of all Intuit Dome Concerts and Events.

What You Will Do
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the implementation and delivery of exceptional live events.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and execution involving internal departments and external partners
  • Lead and project-manage the control room-driving clarity around roles, workflows, and ownership
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical infrastructure inside Intuit Dome and how it maps to content and show needs
  • Schedule and lead ingestion, testing, and approval workflows, keeping key partners informed and aligned
  • Coordinate and advocate for Intuit Dome capabilities in conversations with touring acts, event partners, and third-party teams
  • Support overall system performance, ensuring technical issues are monitored, logged, and addressed collaboratively
  • Support Halo operations with a working knowledge of Unreal Engine or similar real-time systems
  • Design breakthrough & engaging game day programming that elevates the fan experience, working alongside internal and external partners.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions, working closely with other teams to develop solutions as issues present themselves.
  • Unparalleled focus behind brand storytelling from pre-production to post-production across all creative & talent assets - both for Clippers games as well as concerts and events.
  • Lead the development of never been seen, best in class, Halo board content production and execution as well as programming consistent with our brand equity and long-term goals
  • Lead a team of professionals and part time staff - includes hiring, training, and mentoring as well as fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and continually recommend new equipment and technologies to help drive groundbreaking strategies
Your Background, Skills and Experience
  • 15+ years of tried experience in live event technical production, commercial sports technical production and, ideally, broadcast technical production preferred.
  • 5+years of team leadership with a track record of coaching & developing extraordinary talent.
  • Experience leading and developing teams of technicians and/or engineers preferred
  • Technical background with a strong grasp of AV systems, show control, and real-time content workflows
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple vendors, projects and timelines at different stages
  • Confidence operating in fast-paced, high-complexity environments
  • Ability to bridge creative ideas with executional realities-proactively solving for technical blockers and dependencies
  • A high level of proficiency with commercial video, audio, lighting, and broadcast equipment and manufacturers.
  • Culturally savvy, creative problem solver with a passion for storytelling through engaging visuals
  • Persuasive, compelling presenter, who is able to bring ideas to life and sell them to key collaborators with conviction and clarity
  • Committed, daring and highly motivated teammate with a commitment to quality & professionalism
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently - high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Sees a fast-paced environment as an opportunity to bring new ideas to the table quickly and to make things unexpected and exciting
  • Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment
  • Proficiency with computer networks, networking equipment, and network configuration.
  • Experience with a wide range of technical equipment related to video production; LED walls, screen control systems, media servers, and video signal distribution.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their applications in live events and broadcast.

Please note, due to the nature of this industry, anticipate nontraditional hours, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
Compensation
  • $230,000 - $250,000 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
