Primary Responsibilities:

The Vice President of Leasing collaborates with Asset Management, Property Management, Marketing, and Operations to seamlessly implement best-in-class leasing initiatives. This position will coordinate with the leadership of multiple divisions to maximize qualified traffic, optimize leasing performance, and improve the overall resident experience.

As the Vice President of Leasing, your primary responsibilities include:
  • Help formulate comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy trends and rental rates across the company property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Property Management to ensure the integration and functionality of various leasing strategies.
  • Help coordinate the implementation and optimization of various property marketing technologies and initiatives to drive leasing activity and resident retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify the latest trends in AI and emerging technologies, assess competition, and uncover opportunities for new leasing initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of leasing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Fill various leadership roles to support Northwood Ravin\ business objectives as needed.

What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience with multifamily property management software and digital leasing tools. Real Page expertise preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the multifamily housing market, pricing strategies, and leasing best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be a team player!
  • A sharp, professional appearance and the ability to represent the brand with pride
