Primary Responsibilities:
The Vice President of Leasing collaborates with Asset Management, Property Management, Marketing, and Operations to seamlessly implement best-in-class leasing initiatives. As the Vice President of Leasing, your primary responsibilities include:
- Help formulate comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve optimal occupancy trends and rental rates across the company property portfolio.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Property Management to ensure the integration and functionality of various leasing strategies.
- Help coordinate the implementation and optimization of various property marketing technologies and initiatives to drive leasing activity and resident retention.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the latest trends in AI and emerging technologies, assess competition, and uncover opportunities for new leasing initiatives to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of leasing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Fill various leadership roles to support Northwood Ravin\ business objectives as needed.
What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, with at least 8+ years in a leadership role.
- Extensive experience with multifamily property management software and digital leasing tools. Real Page expertise preferred.
- Deep understanding of the multifamily housing market, pricing strategies, and leasing best practices.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be a team player!
