Vice President of Sales

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Establish and manage sales targets and quotas, forecasting revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Create and implement annual sales and marketing plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Develop and refine sales processes and methodologies.
  • Evaluate sales performance and optimize results.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing and go-to-market plans.
  • Monitor and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain and expand key customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive solutions and service.
  • Manage pricing and margins to achieve sales volume targets.
  • Monitor client financial stability and manage contract risks.
  • Oversee sales and marketing training and development.
  • Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the organization's strategic vision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a sales organization with $100M+ annual revenue.
  • Experience in consultative sales of custom products in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and improve sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience managing sales and marketing in dynamic markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a leadership team.
