Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and mentor the strategic accounts team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new accounts.
- Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company's brand and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
Key Metrics:
- Account share, revenue, and gross profit growth.
- Customer satisfaction scores and retention rates.
- Performance metrics such as first-time fix rate, days to complete, SLA response time compliance, and time to bill.
