The Role
We are looking for a Vice President of Program Management for our Advanced Process Solutions (APS) domain within the Enterprise Technology business unit, who will lead high-value, cross-BU efforts that tackle real business challenges. The primary focus of this role is on Associate Workflow Automation Adoption, a Top 25 program that encompasses efforts associated with moving processes to be more automated, driving business value across multiple anti-digital metrics (paper, calls, cycle time, etc.). Key to this effort are the refinement and maintenance of the opportunity pipeline, migration planning and business benefit measurement. You will work closely with Platform Leads, Business Architecture and Finance Leads in conjunction with our key Business Partners.
Throughout the program life cycle, you'll be engaged with leaders and roles across the Agile and Operations landscape to ensure clarity, alignment and accountability. You will be responsible for keeping the program team and senior management informed on program challenges and successes, as well as progress toward strategic outcomes and ensuring proper support for APS & BU efforts throughout.

This role is within the Strategy and Planning organization, whose broader mission is to make APS and our partners successful. We support strategy and planning within the domain as well as management of our programs, including two Top 25 programs for the firm.

- Leadership of sophisticated, cross BU, cross-functional initiatives; capable of functioning with high degree of autonomy within a matrixed organization
- Set program expectations, lead partner and executive communications, and implement an effective system of governance
- Develop strategic approaches based on relevant data and insights and aligned with business and enterprise objectives.
- Strong relationship building and business partnership skills; can build credibility and trust with diverse partners, without formal authority
- Technology proficiency and ability to work and partner across business units to manage dependencies and impediments
- Active learning skills; good listener with ability to contextualize and align information from disparate functions cohesively
- Operations or product management experience is a plus
