VICE PRESIDENT, PROPERTY SALES- OVERVIEW:
The Vice President, Property Sales, working closely with the Elevate HQ project team, will lead all aspects of hiring, team development, and staff operations to exceed ticketing and hospitality revenue goals for Elevate's College properties and partners. Elevate's College partnerships may include both consultative and operating roles and this position would oversee day-to-day support over both.

COMPENSATION:The salary range for this role is $150,000-$200,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in San Francisco, New York City, Charlotte, or Nashville. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

VICE PRESIDENT, PROPERTY SALES- OVERVIEW:
The Vice President, Property Sales, working closely with the Elevate HQ project team, will lead all aspects of hiring, team development, and staff operations to exceed ticketing and hospitality revenue goals for Elevate's College properties and partners. Elevate's College partnerships may include both consultative and operating roles and this position would oversee day-to-day support over both.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve alongside EVP as a primary point-of-contact for all Elevate College partnerships
- Oversee partner consultation and operations on all aspects of ticketing, including sales, service, operations, and premium hospitality
- Build and nurture Athletic Director-level relationships across accounts to solidify our partnership and commitment to the client
- Work with EVP to develop P/L for each partnership that includes revenue projections along with expense plan and allocation
- Work closely with Elevate Insights & Business Intelligence teams to establish the project's lead evaluation and data-driven outreach plans, as well as reporting, metrics, and benchmarks to assess business operations success
- Work closely with the Elevate Marketing to plan and implement sales and premium brand driven marketing campaigns for the property/partner
- Manage and achieve key business metrics, including revenue, upsells, retention, and overall account health
- Make regular property/partner visits, as needed, to develop additional connection with Elevate HQ and ensure implementation of best practices and action plans
- Develop a calendar of meetings/virtual conferences/summits designed for best practice sharing and action plans
- Develop and manage consistent leadership training plan for all project operating teams
- Oversee the preparation of presentations, recaps, and other materials needed to manage and communicate program planning and status updates with key executives and stakeholders
- Lead in recruiting, hiring, and training of ticketing and premium staff for College operating projects
- Champion and nurture an exciting and positive culture through the sales and service teams; through team building initiatives, professional development programs, innovative motivational techniques, and 1-on-1 relationships
- Guide the project's planning and implementation of all outbound sales efforts, including product launches, sales events, seller incentives, and buyer incentives, focused on premium hospitality products
- Oversee development and implementation of a robust sales management process for properties - pipeline, account planning, and proposals
- Regularly monitor project revenue pipelines and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
- Identify tools and technology to make the operating teams more efficient and effective
- Represent Elevate and other partners professionally
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 8+ year sales experience, preferably in ticketing, or premium hospitality sales
- Minimum 4+ years of team leadership, hiring, training, and developing staff
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office programs
- Experience with Salesforce and Archtics ticketing system preferred, but not required

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Travel Requirements: May be required to travel on rare occasions
- Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Work Environment: The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however, is expected to attend all necessary partner/property events
