JOB SUMMARY AND DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE WORK:
The Vice President of Finance at One Times Square oversees financial strategy, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. This position ensures fiscal responsibility, drives financial performance, and provides strategic recommendations to maximize profitability. The VP of Finance reports to the SVP of Finance with a dotted line to the EVP for One Times Square.
Essential Functions
The VP of Finance for One Times Square will develop and maintain finance policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures to ensure financial integrity and compliance. The candidate will oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to guide business decisions, evaluate revenue-generating opportunities, and provide strategic financial recommendations for maximizing profitability at One Times Square. The position will also manage relationships with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Regular attendance in conformity with standard working hours is imperative to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the travel and tourism industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the needs of the attractions and other businesses.
Employees must comply fully with the company rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the attractions and other businesses. The physical demand requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment. Walking and standing are required for a portion of the day, including walking the entire attraction. The length of time these tasks take may vary from day to day.

- Minimum of 12 years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality, travel, tourism, or real estate industries.
