Introduction:
  • HGreg.com is currently searching for a self-driven, organized, and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a sale.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete 50+ post-visit calls, texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicle
  • Schedule be-back visits and document in HGreg's CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactions
  • Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
  • Utilize HGreg's Sales Process when interacting with customers
  • Share HGreg's Concept Statement and educate all customers on our Core Values
  • Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features
  • Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month
  • Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management
  • Turn 100% of closed deals to finance, along with properly completed paperwork
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork


Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Previous automotive sales and/or BDC experience
  • Strong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation
  • This is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-125,000+/yr depending on success, plus benefits including Medical, Dental and 401K.
