- HGreg.com is currently searching for a self-driven, organized, and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team as a VIP Automotive Sales Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for following up with customers who have visited our dealership and not purchased a vehicle. The goal will be to bring them back into the dealership to finalize a sale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete 50+ post-visit calls, texts and emails daily to customers who have visited the dealership and not purchased a vehicle
- Schedule be-back visits and document in HGreg's CRM tool (DealerSocket) to effectively track all customer interactions
- Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
- Utilize HGreg's Sales Process when interacting with customers
- Share HGreg's Concept Statement and educate all customers on our Core Values
- Take customers on test drives and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features
- Sell and deliver a minimum number of units per month
- Attend product and sales training courses as requested by Management
- Turn 100% of closed deals to finance, along with properly completed paperwork
- Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Previous automotive sales and/or BDC experience
- Strong proficiency in automotive CRM usage (DealerSocket preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Compensation
- This is a full-time position and the anticipated yearly income is between $75-125,000+/yr depending on success, plus benefits including Medical, Dental and 401K.
