We are seeking a VIP Events & Special Projects Manager with extensive event experience, ideally in an agency setting. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, hard-working, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Role Description
The position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, managing event budgets, communicating with clients, vendors, and staff, and ensuring the success of all events. The role will also involve spearheading special projects including custom influencer mailers.
Qualifications
Event Planning, Coordination, and Execution skills
Must have agency experience; beauty accounts preferred
Expert at Budget Management and Vendor Communication skills
Client Relationship Management experience
Experience in producing Influencer Events, Activations, and Mailers
Organizational and Time Management skills
Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a self-starter mentality
Creative mindset
Must have 5+ years of full-time working experience
