VISA AND FACULTY AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATOR, Sloan School of Management , to administer and support human resources activities, including appointments, for faculty and research staff. Duties include recruiting, onboarding, performance development, employee relations, and compensation; managing annual salary administration process; and managing visa processing, including acting as the main liaison with MIT's International Scholars Office.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED : B.S./B.A.; four years of related human resources experience; meticulous attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively within the HR team and across MIT central resources; and experience with visa administration or immigration law, preferably in an academic setting. PREFERRED : experience in academic affairs. Job #24205-8Salary range: $73,490 - 98,283 - 123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
Employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check.
