We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Media Manager to join our multifaceted marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content that improves our consumer products' brand presence and drives engagement across various digital platforms. Reporting directly to the Director, CPG Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for crafting and leading all aspects of video and photography for primarily B2C products directly with our teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as associated agencies and budget.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual media strategies to promote consumer products across digital channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising in global markets.
- Conceptualize, plan, and produce high-quality photo and video content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and ensure visual media assets optimally communicate key messages and brand identity.
- Own the end-to-end production process, including planning shoots, locations, models, and production timelines coordinating with external vendors, advising and stylizing photo/video shoots, and leading all aspects of post-production editing.
- Stay current with industry trends and standard processes in visual media production, design, and digital marketing to continuously improve content quality and efficiency.
- Optimize visual content for various platforms and formats to improve engagement and reach.
- Supervise and analyze the performance of visual media campaigns, using data insights to iterate and improve future content strategies.
- Hands on approach to creation, pre/post production, editing when needed
- Lead contractors and vendors to run timelines, schedules and provide clear direction on project objectives.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Video Production, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience 5-10 years in visual media production/producing, preferably within consumer products or related industries.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills in photography, videography, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools for photo/video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills
- A strategic problem solver with a creative attitude and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and standard methodologies.
- Ability to stylize/construct video/photo sets with brand direction
