Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience
Experience
Experience developing conversational AI on GCP (Google DialogFlow and Google Functions (using Nodjs/JavaScript) with integrations
to on-prem applications.
Technical hands on lead with Google Dialog flow chatbot experience
Breadth of knowledge of voice and text virtual assistant/chatbot technologies, with wide enough technical understanding of google cloud solutions Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Conversational user interface experience
Required hands on development capability
Experience in Devops/CI-CD process
Banking Domain experience

Virtual Assistant / Chatbot Tech Lead with Experience of Google DialogFlow to take on proof of concepts and pilots where chatbots/virtual assistant solutions are being built and demonstrated, with focus on transformation projects that involve voice (and text) conversational interface.
Experience in the following :

Chatbot and Virtual Assistant transformational projects and PoCs technical lead experience.
Voice to text (understanding of technical options and challenges)
