Description
SHINE Technologies is seeking a Vice President - Corporate & Business Development will lead partnership initiatives and expansion efforts into emerging markets. This role will play a critical part in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic relationships with key industry players, government agencies, and commercial partners.
The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $260,000 plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with commercial entities, research institutions, and government agencies to advance SHINE's mission.
- Market Expansion: Analyze emerging market trends and opportunities to expand SHINE's presence into new industries and geographies.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation: Lead negotiations for joint ventures, licensing agreements, and strategic partnerships to accelerate technology deployment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, policymakers, and key decision-makers to enhance SHINE's positioning.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that contribute to top-line growth through strategic alliances.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, regulatory, and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals and technological capabilities.
- Thought Leadership: Represent SHINE Technologies at industry conferences, speaking engagements, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Physics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development, preferably within the energy, healthcare, or advanced technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of fusion energy, nuclear technology, medical isotopes, or related deep-tech industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and execute long-term growth strategies.
- Proven ability to structure, negotiate, and close complex partnership agreements.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a passion for driving innovation and scaling emerging technologies
