Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with digital banking solutions and financial technology.
