To maximize the performance of the division by providing leadership focusing on account management, customer development, and solution development for current key customers and potential customers.

Job Description
To maximize the performance of the division by providing leadership focusing on account management, customer development, and solution development for current key customers and potential customers.
- Develop key customer annual operating plan in conjunction with the regional VP's.
- Achieve agreed budget for revenue (70%) and profit (30%) for the customer(s)
- Provide for key manager succession planning
- Achieve agreed Balanced Scorecard key metrics
- Execution of projects / strategic initiative(s) delivery in conjunction with the regional VP's as assigned by Division COO
- Achieve Sector Revenue growth to plan; year on year growth
- Growth of targeted accounts
- Achieve Sector Profit to plan
- Achievement of customers metrics
- Achievement of Project execution metrics
- Achieving Balanced Score card initiatives, as developed in Strategic Planning process including - revenue growth
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Master's Degree (preferred)
- 7-10 years Industry experience (required)
- Proven track record of strategic leadership
- Previous Sales/Business Development experience
