SWBC is seeking a talented individual to fill a hybrid role that encompasses Collections Account Management, Performance Analysis, Vendor Management, and Product Ownership. This senior-level position will support our largest collection clients, act as a liaison between clients and our finance and reporting teams, and drive product enhancements to meet client needs and improve collections processes.

Essential duties include the following:
- Oversees and manages collections processes for our largest clients, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding debts.
- Develops and implements strategies to enhance collections efficiency and performance for tier 1 clients.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for client-facing interactions, maintaining strong relationships and managing client and vendor partnerships.
- Monitors client performance and address any issues to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Conducts detailed performance and production analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights to improve collection outcomes.
- Prepares and presents regular reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
- Facilitates communication with internal finance and reporting teams, ensuring client requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Addresses client concerns and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Serves as a product advocate for collections-related tools and systems, suggesting and driving enhancements to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborates with Product, IT and Development teams to prioritize and implement product improvements.
- Gathers and analyzes client feedback to inform product development and ensure alignment with market demands.
- Develops and implements long-term strategies to drive growth and innovation in the collections program.
- Stays abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and forward-thinking.
Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years Collections Management experience, preferably in the credit union or banking sectors.
- Significant experience in, account management, performance analysis, and product ownership, preferably at an executive level.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance analysis tools and techniques.
- Proven track record of managing large client accounts, driving product enhancements, and delivering exceptional results.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and team building skills.
