Job Summary & Responsibilities
Leveraged Loans - Credit Analyst - Portfolio Manager
A growing multi-billion dollar leveraged finance shop seeks an experienced professional to join the Portfolio Management team.
Responsibilities include credit analysis, reporting, monitoring and facilitating restructuring and amendments on both performing and distress credits. The focus is cash flow lending and direct lending. This is a highly visible role that requires constant communications and coordination with financial sponsors, company management and institutional lenders.

Requirements
This is an VP level position, requiring 7+ years of directly relevant experience in middle market leveraged loan underwriting and portfolio management. Must have strong credit skills and a working knowledge of loan documentation and market conventions. Must be available for interviews in New York City.
Benefits
The company offers a competitive base salary, a discretionary bonus and full benefits.
Estimated base salary range $200,000 - $250,000 depending on experience.
